I do pray with the Anglican Rosary. As I mentioned previously I have the attention span of a gold fish. (For the curious, a gold fish does not remember much so every trip around a bowl is a new experience for the fish.) The Rosary keeps me focused instead of going all sorts of directions. For example, ever try to pray or listen to God and have thoughts creep in such as your grocery list of things that need to be taken care of? Two possible solutions for this is:
pray with the rosary
acknowledge the thought then go back to a focusing prayer
I use both solutions depending on the situation.
There is a lot of information about the rosary on the web so I am not going to repeat it here. For more information try any of the following:

Upon occasion I have written prayers for the rosary. One of my favorites is as follows:
CROSS:
In the name
of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen
INVITATORY BEAD:
Holy God
Holy and
Mighty
Holy Immortal
One
Have Mercy on
me
CRUCIFORM BEADS:
Lamb of God
that takes away the sins of the world have mercy on me.
Lamb of God
that takes away the sins of the world have mercy on me.
Lamb of God
that takes away the sins of the world grant me your peace.
WEEK BEADS:
My God and my
all.
INVITATORY BEAD:
The Lord's
Prayer
CROSS:
I bless the
Lord.
Thanks be to
God.
As the mood strikes me I will add others.
