I know very little about my mother's family. There were a lot of stories told and deciding what is true and what is not is very difficult. One of the few family photos I have from my mother's family:

Text on the back of the photo: Mary - we called her Nana. She's buried in Slippery Rock, PA. She died in 1956. Marvel died in 1975, Slippery Rock, PA. Grandmother - Flossie - Florence Sherwin. The man in the picture was later to be shot by his son-in-law.

 I am searching for information the following relatives on my mother's side of the family.

Virginia Estes (aka Martin, aka Petrick, aka Connelly) - she would have been at the Columbus State School during the 1940s and 1950s. She had four children. We have been able to locate two of them.

Twila Estes - also at the Columbus State School during the 1940s and 1950s. (Sister of Virginia)

Florence Evans (aka Florence Sherwin aka Flossie Petrick). She was married to Jesse Sherwin before his death from cancer in the early 1960s.

Mary Lou Martin (Murphy) - my mother was at the "Our Lady of the Valley" School in Wheeling, West Virginia during the 1940s and 1950s. I am looking for information about her at the school.
